Accuracy of Information: Because there are no accounts, you are solely responsible for entering the correct User ID, Server ID, Character Name, and Contact Information (such as Email or Phone Number) at the exact time of checkout.

Typing Errors: MKR TOPUP is not responsible for successful top-ups sent to the wrong game account due to typing errors made by the user. Please double-check your credentials before submitting payment.

2. Services and Product Descriptions

Nature of Service: MKR TOPUP acts as an independent reseller of digital game goods, including but not limited to game top-ups, in-game currencies (e.g., Diamonds, UC, Coins), and vouchers.

Product Validity: We strive to ensure all transactions are processed instantly and correctly. However, we do not own or manage the games for which these credits are intended.

Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a system or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return your funds.

3. Payments

Payment Methods: We accept local and international payment methods (e.g., ABA Bank, Wing, KHQR). By completing a payment, you warrant that you are the authorized owner of the bank account or payment method used.

4. Refund Policy

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific order.
